论文通过对上海世博—卢森堡馆的现状进行改造分析,把作为临时场馆既漏水锈蚀、结构和建筑又不满足现行国家规范的旧场馆,通过全过程的外立面表皮改造过程,用数字化激光对原有建筑进行扫描成型、现场复核打点、再通过犀牛模型表皮和龙骨一体成型、对异形复杂的龙骨进行高精度的激光切割、实现复杂建筑表皮龙骨的组装和拼装、最后把原有表皮的每一块耐候钢板复位安装到位,成为上海市充满活力的城市新亮点;达到了以“恢复世博记忆、展现世博风貌”的改造目标。本项目的改造确保了结构的安全、程序的合法,维持了原样,还以改造为主、修缮为辅,并为后续类似的城市更新提供方向。

This paper discusses how to transform the existing building functionally while preserving the taste of the original building;Based on the transformation analysis of the current situation of Shanghai World Expo-Luxembourg Pavilion,this paper takes the old pavilion as a temporary venue,which is both leaking and corroding,and the structure and construction do not meet the current national standards.Through the whole process of facade transformation,The digital laser scanning was used to scan and shape the original building,check the site,and then through the rhinoceros model skin and keel molding,the special-shaped and complex keel for high-precision laser cutting,to realize the assembly and assembly of the complex building skin keel,and finally the original skin of each piece of the weathering steel plate is restored and installed in place,becoming a new bright spot of the city full of vitality in Shanghai.It has achieved the goal of“restoring the World Expo memory and showing the World Expo style”.The transformation of this project ensures the safety of the structure and the legality of the procedure,maintains the original condition,and takes transformation as the main task and repair as the auxiliary task,which indeed plays a clear direction for the subsequent similar urban renewal.
