励磁系统阻容保护结构件设计优化

摘要 励磁系统阻容保护作用是吸收可控硅整流装置运行过程中晶闸管从导通到阻断产生的换向过电压,其结构设计方案直接影响到可控硅的使用寿命。本文针对励磁系统阻容保护运行过程中出现放电打火、造成装置局部烧毁的现象,进行原因分析。讨论分析原结构设计存在的问题,针对该问题提出优化设计,并结合实际运行效果对新的设计结构做出应用评价。 The resistance-capacitance protection function of the excitation system is to absorb the commutation overvoltage generated by the thyristor from conduction to blocking during the operation of the thyristor rectifier,and its structural design scheme directly affects the service life of the thyristor.In this paper,the cause analysis is carried out for the phenomenon of discharge ignition during the operation of the resistance-capacitance protection of the excitation system,which causes partial burning of the device.The problems in the original structure design are discussed and analyzed,the optimization design is proposed for this problem,and the application evaluation of the new design structure is made in combination with the actual operation effect.
