The governor is an important equipment in hydropower stations,and frequent start-up of the governor oil pump poses a threat to the normal operation of the unit.By collecting the phenomenon of frequent start-up of the governor oil pump of Unit#3 in a hydropower station,the cause for frequent start-up is analyzed and corresponding disposal suggestions are proposed,which successfully ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit,and provide reference for other hydropower stations to handle similar faults.
