某水电站尾水水位变化对机组技术供水系统流量的影响分析

摘要 机组技术供水系统是水电站机组的一个重要组成部分,其主要作用是对水电站中运行的各种机电设备进行冷却,对于确保水电站各机组的安全稳定运行有着十分重要的意义。某水电站机组技术供水系统在运行期间,多次发生导轴承冷却水流量低报警事件。本文针对导轴承冷却水流量低报警事件进行了故障原因的分析和排查,最终确定是由尾水水位变化导致,并提出了避免此类事件发生的应对策略以及发生后的处置措施,为保障机组安全稳定运行提供了建议和思路,为同类型水电站提供了检修维护参考。 The technical water supply system is an important component of the units of the hydropower station,and its main function is to cool various mechanical and electrical equipment.It is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of each unit in the hydropower station.During the operation of the technical water supply system of the units of a hydropower station,there were multiple low cooling water flow alarm events for the guide bearing.Therefore,this article analyzed and investigated the cause of the low cooling water flow alarm event for the guide bearing,and ultimately determined that it was caused by changes in the tailwater level.It also proposed response strategies to avoid such events and disposal measures after their occurrence,providing suggestions and ideas for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the units,and also providing reference for maintenance and repair of similar hydropower stations.
