摘要 电站水轮机调速器的PID参数优化具有重要的实际意义,可以为实际工程控制提供更高效准确的控制品质。笔者旨在分析水轮机调速器各控制环节特性,进行简化并建立调速器控制系统的数学模型,在MATLAB中进行仿真试验,探究PID参数对控制系统动态特性的影响程度,进而分析出PID参数优化时的选取优先级。对经该方法优化选取后的PID参数,在所建立的仿真模型中进行扰动试验以充分论证参数选取的有效性,选取的参数具备良好的动态特性,从而得出调速器PID参数优化时比例参数为首要优化对象,其次为积分参数,最后为微分参数的结论。 PID parameter optimization of hydraulic turbine governor is of great practical significance,which can provide more efficient and accurate control quality for practical engineering control.This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of each control link of the hydraulic turbine governor,simplify and establish the mathematical model of the governor control system,conduct simulation tests in MATLAB,explore the degree of influence of PID parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the control system,and then analyze the priority of PID parameter optimization.For the PID parameters optimized by this method,the effectiveness of parameter selection is fully demonstrated by disturbance test in the established simulation model,and the selected parameters have good dynamic characteristics,finally,it is concluded that the proportional parameter is the first optimization object,followed by the integral parameter,and the last is the conclusion of the differential parameter.
