摘要
保证离相封闭母线对地绝缘在较高水平对水电站安全稳定出力具有重要意义。笔者在分析导电固体物遗留、管道受潮结露和支撑绝缘子绝缘性能下降等多种可能造成水电站离相封闭母线绝缘低的因素的基础上,提出了对应的预防和应对措施,并据此对某大型水电站离相封闭母线对地绝缘值低现象进行了原因分析和有效处理。结合当地温湿度状况,使用热风保养装置和内窥镜排除了导电固体遗留物和受潮结露导致该水电站封闭母线绝缘低的可能,最后通过排查和更换支撑绝缘子的方法使母线绝缘值得到了明显提升。
It is of great significance for the safety and stability of the hydropower stations to ensure the extension of the isolated-phase enclosed busbars at a higher level.The author proposed the corresponding prevention and response measures based on the analysis of various factors that might cause low insulation of isolated-phase enclosed busbars in hydropower plants,such as conductive residual solids,moisture condensation in pipelines,and decline in the insulation performance of supporting insulators.Therefore,the cause analysis and effective treatment of the low insulation value of the isolated-phase enclosed busbars of a large hydropower plant were carried out.Combined with the local temperature and humidity conditions,hot air maintenance devices and endoscopes were used to rule out the possibility of low insulation of the isolated-phase enclosed-busbars of the hydropower plant caused by conductive residual solids and moisture condensation.Finally,the insulation value of the busbar was significantly improved by checking and replacing the supporting insulators.
