新单系列玉米品种的苗期抗旱性

摘要 【目的】探明玉米新品种幼苗期抗旱特性,为抗旱玉米品种的筛选与应用提供参考。【方法】利用20%PEG模拟干旱胁迫,对新育成的3个新单系列玉米品种(新单58、新单61、新单65)苗期株高、主根长度和侧根数目、叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(PRO)含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等进行分析。【结果】与正常处理(CK)比,干旱处理不同品种玉米苗期的株高、主根长度和叶片叶绿素含量均极显著降低,降幅分别为27.0%-44.3%、24.9%-33.5%和20.2%-26.7%;MDA含量显著或极显著降低,降幅为24.9%-29.4%;脯氨酸含量极显著增加;CAT、POD和SOD活性不同程度增加,增幅分别为39.8%-89.6%、20.8%-145.0%和0.8%-251.1%。【结论】不同品种响应干旱胁迫的程度不同,新单65、新单61和新单58均具有一定的苗期抗旱性,尤其以新单58的抗旱性表现最佳。 【Objective】The drought resistance characteristics of new maize varieties at seedling stage was discussed to provide a reference for screening and application of new maize varieties with strong resistance to drought.【Method】The effects of the simulated drought stress(20%PEG)on height,main root length,lateral root number,leaf chlorophyll,PRO and MDA content,and CAT,POD and SOD activity of three new maize varieties(Xindan 58,Xindan 61 and Xindan 65)at seedling stage were analyzed.【Result】The height,main root length and leaf chlorophyll content of three maize varieties all were lower than CK very significantly and the decreasing range of height,main root length and leaf chlorophyll content of three maize varieties was 27.0%-44.3%,24.9%-33.5%and 20.2%-26.7%respectively.The leaf MDA content of three maize varieties was lower than CK significantly or very significantly and the decreasing range was 24.9%-29.4%.The leaf PRO content of three maize varieties increased very significantly compared with CK.The leaf CAT,POD and SOD activity of three maize varieties was 39.8%-89.6%,20.8%-145.0%and 0.8%-251.1%higher than CK.【Conclusion】There was a difference in response of maize varieties to drought stress among three maize varieties.Xindan 65,Xindan 61 and Xindan 58 all had a certain resistance to drought at seedling stage and the drought resistance of Xindan 58 was the highest among three maize varieties.
