摘要
【目的】探明MS-222对尖头鱥亲鱼的麻醉效果,为尖头鱥人工繁殖提供技术支持。【方法】观测雌性亲鱼在不同浓度(50 mg/L、75 mg/L、100 mg/L、125 mg/L和150 mg/L)MS-222处理下的麻醉效果,在麻醉和复苏过程中的行为变化和麻醉过程中呼吸频率变化;同时观测不同空气暴露时间对深度麻醉期试验鱼的复苏时间和复苏率的影响。【结果】尖头鱥雌性亲鱼的麻醉过程分为正常期、镇静期、平衡失调期、麻醉期、深度麻醉期和延髓麻醉期共6期,复苏过程分为鳃动期、挣扎期、游动期和正常期4期;MS-222的有效麻醉质量浓度为100 mg/L。随着麻醉时间的增加及质量浓度的增大,尖头鱥雌性亲鱼的呼吸频率总体呈下降趋势。进入深度麻醉期的鱼,当空气暴露时间在6 min以上时,复苏时间随着空气暴露时间的增加而延长。【结论】MS-222对尖头鱥亲鱼具有较好的麻醉效果,可在其人工繁育过程中推广应用,有效麻醉质量浓度为100 mg/L。
【Objective】The anesthetic effects of MS-222 on brood fish of Rhynchocypris oxycephalus was explored,which provided technological support for artificial propagation of R.oxycephalus.【Method】The anesthetic effect and changes of respiratory rate during anesthesia and resuscitation were observed as female brood fish treated with different concentrations(50 mg/L,75 mg/L,100 mg/L,125 mg/L and 150 mg/L)of MS-222.At the same time,the effects of different air exposure times on recovery time and recovery rate of anesthetized fish were observed.【Result】The anesthetic process of female brood fish of R.oxycephalus were divided into normal stage,sedation stage,dysequilibrium stage,anesthetic stage,deep anesthesia stage and medulla-anesthesia stage,while the recovery process consisted of gill ventilating stage,struggling stage,moving stage and normal stage.The effective anesthetic concentration of MS-222 was 100 mg/L.With the increase of anesthetic time and concentration,the respiratory rate of female blood fish showed a decreasing trend in general.As for the fish entering deep anesthetic stage,the recovery time increased when the air exposure time was more than 6 min.【Conclusion】MS-222 had effective effect on female brood fish of R.oxycephalus,indicating that it could be widely applied in artificial propagation,and the effective anesthetic concentration was 100 mg/L.
