摘要
针对直行程电动执行器现场工作时电位器连接臂与滑块连接部位磨损严重、电位器精度降低问题,首先介绍了直行程执行器的构成;然后针对原始电位器连接臂结构,从替换材料、改变接触方式、增加橡胶保护套的角度出发提出3种方案,依次进行X,Y,Z 3个方向振动试验。结果表明:连接臂材料由钣金替换为聚四氟乙烯,同时增加硅橡胶保护套方案最优;只替换材料次之;接触方式由面接触换成点接触,滑块磨损最严重。
Aiming at the serious wear of the connecting part of the potentiometer connecting arm and the slider and the reduction of the precision of the potentiometer when the linear electric actuator is working on the site,it introduces the composition of the linear actuator.Then,for the original potentiometer connecting arm structure,three optimization schemes are proposed from replacing materials,changing contact methods,and adding rubber protective sleeves,followed by X vibration test in Y and Z directions.The results show that:the material of the connecting arm is replaced by sheet metal to use teflon,while adding a silicone rubber protective cover is the best solution;only the replacement of the material is followed;the contact mode is changed from surface contact to point contact,and the slider wears the most serious.The optimal solution is in mass production to meet the requirements of industrial field use.
