我国职业教育对教育高质量发展的贡献——基于近20年职业教育提高人口平均受教育年限的测算

The Contribution of Vocational Education to the High⁃Quality Development of Education in China——Based on the Measurement of Vocational Education Increasing the Average Years of Education of the Population in the Past 20 Years

建设高质量教育体系是我国教育事业发展的整体目标,也是中国式现代化发展过程中的重要一环。因此,需厘清教育高质量发展的逻辑理路,明确其理论内涵及其基本标准,以找准高质量教育体系的建设方向。通过梳理近20年人口平均受教育年限在职业教育作用下的变化情况,回顾总结了职业教育为我国教育高质量发展所作贡献。面向未来,应进一步厘清中职教育发展定位、强化高职教育产业对接、扩大职业本科教育影响,继续提升职业教育对高质量教育体系构建的贡献力。

Building a high⁃quality education system is the overall goal of China's education development and an important part of the development of Chinese⁃style modernization.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the logic of high⁃quality education development,and its theoretical connotation and basic standards,so as to find the direction of high⁃quality education system construction.By sorting out the changes of the average years of education of the population in the past 20 years under the role of vocational education,the contribution of vocational education to the high⁃quality development of education in China is reviewed and summarized.It is pointed out that facing the future,it is necessary to further clarify the development positioning of secondary vocational education,strengthen the integration of vocational education industry,and expand the impact of undergraduate vocational education,so as to continue to promote the contribution of vocational education to the construction of a high⁃quality education system.
