2022年度全国高职院校科研与社会服务状况的数据分析

Data Analysis of Year 2022 on Scientific Research and Social Services of Higher Vocational Colleges in China

科学研究是高等学校的重要职能之一,加强高职院校科研与社会服务能力是全面实现高职教育高质量发展的重要目标之一。为深入分析高职院校的科研状况,从论文、课题、专利、科研与社会服务经费等四个考察视角出发,对全国1422所高职院校现时科研与社会服务发展状况进行了定量分析。研究发现,除少部分高职院校的科研表现比较突出以外,高职院校的整体科研水平还处于比较低的阶段,校际之间、类型之间和省域之间的发展水平很不平衡。此外,目前高职院校群体的SCI论文发表数量已远超其发表的CSCD、CSSCI等国内核心期刊论文数量,这种现象值得注意,亟需进一步开展系统、深入而广泛的讨论。

Scientific research is one of the important functions of colleges and universities.Strengthening the ability of scientific research and social service in higher vocational colleges is one of the important goals to realize the high⁃quality development of higher vocational education.In order to continuously collect and deeply analyze the scientific research status of this group,this study continues to select four investigation perspectives,including papers,projects,patents,scientific research and social service funds,and carries out a quantitative analysis of the current development status of scientific research and social service in 1,422 higher vocational colleges across the country.It is found that except for a small number of colleges and universities with outstanding scientific research performance,the overall scientific research level of higher vocational colleges is still in a relatively low stage,and its development level is also very unbalanced among universities,different types and different provinces.In addition,we find that the number of SCI papers published by higher vocational colleges has far exceeded the number of papers published by CSCD and CSSCI papers.This phenomenon deserves attention and needs further systematic,in⁃depth and extensive discussion.
