摘要
为了解决自移机尾液压管路繁杂、智能化水平低、操作便利性差等问题,研发了一种新型的分布式电液控制自移机尾。提出在机头和机尾分别放置液压阀及本安型控制器,并在设备上安装位移传感器、倾角传感器,有效地简化了系统液压管路,实现了设备的手动自动一体化操作、机身自动调平、自动推移等功能,有效提升了设备的智能化水平及操作效率。
In order to solve the problems of complex hydraulic pipelines,low intelligence level,and poor operation convenience of the self moving machine tail,a new type of distributed electro-hydraulic control self moving machine tail has been developed.It was proposed to place hydraulic valves and intrinsically safe controllers at the head and tail of the machine,and install displacement sensors and inclination sensors on the equipment,effectively simplify the hydraulic pipelines of the system,achieve functions such as manual and automatic integrated operation,automatic leveling of the body,and automatic pushing of the equipment,effectively improve the intelligent level and operational efficiency of the equipment.
