摘要
针对采煤机长螺杆的振动疲劳断裂问题,对长螺杆进行了试验研究。首先,设计模拟采煤机三段机身的试验夹具,将夹具和振动传感器安装到预定位置;然后,将机身振动载荷导入试验台模拟机身振动,开展长螺杆振动特性试验,得出其横向振动特性;最后,分析试验结果,提出长螺杆组件的改进方案,重复试验以验证改进效果。研究表明:长螺杆横向振动的最大变形处为各阶模态振型的波腹处,改进后长螺杆的最大变形量减小为原来的10%,改进方案有利于提高长螺杆的疲劳寿命,减少长螺杆疲劳断裂问题的发生。
An experimental study was conducted on the vibration fatigue fracture of the long screw of a coal mining machine.Firstly,an experimental fixture was designed that simulates the three section body of a coal mining machine,and install the fixture and vibration sensor in the predetermined position.Then,the vibration load of the fuselage was introduced into the experimental platform to simulate the vibration of the fuselage,and the vibration characteristics of the long screw were tested to obtain its lateral vibration characteristics.Finally,the experimental results were analyzed and proposed an improvement plan for the long screw component,and repeated the experiment to verify the improvement effect.Research showed that the maximum deformation of the transverse vibration of a long screw was at the antinodes of each mode shape.After improvement,the maximum deformation of the long screw was reduced to 10%of the original value.The improvement plan is beneficial for improving the fatigue life of the long screw and reducing the occurrence of fatigue fracture problems.
