新型高强钢飞剪对施罗曼飞剪替代的探讨

New Type of High-strength Steel Flying Shear in the Entry Section of Continuous Annealing Line

摘要 随着高强钢产品大纲的拓展应用,某连退机组入口段施罗曼飞剪频繁发生故障,剪刃平均寿命仅2个月,严重影响了机组的生产效率。针对新产品的特点,设计了一种新型高强钢飞剪——双副螺旋剪刃滚筒飞剪。其应用后剪刃寿命将提高至原寿命的13倍。双副螺旋剪刃滚筒飞剪率先实现了新特性高强钢在冷态下的稳定飞剪,对新特性高强钢的冷态飞剪具有指导意义。 With the expansion and application of the high-strength steel product outline,the Schromann crank pendulum shear frequently failed in the entry section of a continuous annealing unit.And the average life of the blades were only 2 months.It seriously affected the production efficiency of the unit.To solve the problem,concerned to the characters of the new steel,a new double pair of spiral shear blade roller flying shears was designed.After application,the shear edge life is going to be increased to 13 times the original life.It is the first to realize the stable flying shear of new high-strength steel in cold state,which has guiding significance for fly shearng of the cold high-strenth steel with new characters.
