胶带机打滑现象是胶带机在运行过程中经常发生的一种现象,会引起皮带撕裂,设备非正常摩擦,甚至引起火灾等安全隐患。本文通过系统分析引起胶带机打滑的原因,确定主要影响因素,并结合实例,针对不同类型引起的打滑现象提出解决办法,对有效预防胶带机发生打滑现象具有一定的指导意义。

Slipping of belt conveyor is a frequent phenomenon during the operation of belt conveyor.It may cause belt tearing,abnormal friction of equipment,and even fire and other safety hazards.In this paper,the main influencing factors are determined by systematically analyzing the causes of belt conveyor slipping.By combining with examples,solutions are proposed for different types of slippage,which has certain guiding significance for effectively preventing slippage of belt conveyor.
