高强度钢筋生产工艺探索

摘要 热轧带肋钢筋是我国钢材消费比例最大的钢材产品,钢筋的消费结构的升级,对钢铁产业结构的调整起到至关重要的作用。国家已修改相关设计规范淘汰了强度335MPa及以下热轧带肋钢筋,推广采用强度高、综合性能好的400MPa、500MPa钢筋,促进建筑钢材的升级换代,本文介绍了国内外的钢筋标准及国内外高强度的生产技术对比,国内高强度钢筋生产工艺的现状和发展趋势,以及如何适应国内外客户要求高强度钢筋生产意见和建议。 Hot-rolled ribbed steel bar is the largest proportion of steel consumption in China,and the upgrading of the consumption structure of steel bars plays a vital role in the adjustment of the steel industry structure.The state has revised the relevant standards to eliminate the hot-rolled ribbed steel bars with strength of 335MPa and below,and promote the use of 400MPa and 500MPa steel bars with high strength and good comprehensive performance to promote the upgrading of building steel.The standards and production technology comparison of overseas,and development trend have been introduced.At last,some suggestions were put forward for customer requirements for the production of high-strength steel.
