摘要
热轧板厂立辊采用短行程控制技术对热轧板材进行头尾宽度控制,通过对立辊轧制时的头尾辊缝进行调整来改善头尾形状,从而提高成材率。辊缝的调整主要是通过L1的跟踪执行、L2的模型计算及操作工微调步骤三个方面来实现。
The vertical rolls of hot rolled sheet mill use short stroke control technology to control the head and tail width of the hot rolled sheet,improving the head and tail shape by adjusting the head and tail roll gap during vertical roll rolling,thus improving the yield.The adjustment of the roll gap is achieved in three main ways:the tracking execution of L1,the model calculation of L2 and the operator's fine-tuning steps.
