摘要
本文对吴茱萸商品规格研究进展进行了系统梳理,并探讨吴茱萸商品规格与品种、采收期和混伪品的相关性,同时调研考察吴茱萸药材市场及产地现状。文献梳理及产地调研发现,吴茱萸的商品规格与基原、采收期和混伪品密切相关。目前市场上大、中、小花吴茱萸主要是由于吴茱萸不同成熟期和不同品种导致的果实大小不一以及混伪品充当吴茱萸使用所致。此外,市场等级划分不统一,处于自发分级的状态。客观分析吴茱萸商品规格研究进展,结合产地调查结果,应基于药典中规定的药材大小和柠檬苦素、吴茱萸碱及吴茱萸次碱的含量,对市场上的吴茱萸进行严格把控,确保吴茱萸临床应用的安全性和有效性。
The research progress of the commodity specifications of Euodiae Fructus(EF)and its correlation with varieties,harvest time and adulterants were systematically reviewed and discussed in this paper.The current situation of the market and production areas of EF were also investigated.The commodity specifications of EF were found to be closely related to the varieties,harvest time and adulterants basing on literature and production areas research findings.At present,EF was divided into small flower EF(SEF)group,medium flower EF(MEF)group,and big flower EF(BEF)group in the market,which was mainly due to the different fruit sizes caused by different mature periods,the different varieties and adulterants of EF.In addition,the market grading of EF was not uniform and in a state of spontaneous grading.According to the objective analysis on the research progress of commercial specifications of EF and in combination with the investigation results of the production areas,the EF in the market should be strictly controlled based on the size and contents of limonin,evodiamine as well as rutaecarpine of EF according to Pharmacopoeia so as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical application of EF.
