摘要
后疫情时代,新加坡加速推进教育数字化转型,将“居家学习日”纳入日常教学体系,所有公立中小学每个月选择1~2天开展定期的居家学习,以此培养学生在线自主学习的习惯和能力。通过问卷调查328名新加坡中小学生“居家学习日”的学习体验及其影响因素发现:新加坡中小学生对“居家学习日”的学习体验一般。不同群体的学生学习体验存在较大差异,小学生的学习体验好过初中生和高中生;有家长监督的学生的学习体验好过无家长监督的学生。教师角色、自我调节、教学交互、家庭支持以及技术条件等五大因素对新加坡中小学生的“居家学习日”学习体验影响显著。新加坡“居家学习日”的线上线下混合学习模式为我国推进混合式教学与学习实践,实现教育数字化转型提供了有价值的经验和启示:明确教师角色定位,引导教师成为学生学习体验的设计者;制定系统化方案,提升学生的自我调节学习能力;建立家校社共同体,避免居家学习带来的教育鸿沟;打造统一的智慧学习平台,保障学生居家混合学习服务质量。
In the post-pandemic era,the"Home-Based Learning(HBL)days"have been included into the daily teaching system in Singapore as the country sped up its digital transition in education.All public primary and secondary schools would choose one to two days per month for regular home-based learning,so as to cultivate students′self-learning habit and ability.This study has some discoveries after investigating on 328 students in Singapore,which shows that they may have different experience in HBL days.To be more specific,different groups of students have great differences in learning experience,and primary school students tend to have better learning experience than secondary school students and high school students.Students with parental supervision have a better learning experience than those without parenting.Five factors including teacher′s role,self-regulation,teaching interaction,family support and technology conditions,have a significant impact on the learning experience of HBL days for students in Singapore.This online-and-offline blended learning model has provided some valuable experience and enlightenment for China:first,we should identify the role of teachers,guide teachers to be designers of student′s learning experience;second,we should work out a systematic plan to improve student′s self-regulation ability;third,we should build a family-school-society community to break down the barriers caused by HBL days;finally,we should build an integrated smart learning platform to guarantee the quality of blended learning for students.
