网络数据监测手卫生及三氯生对小球藻光合作用的影响

摘要 目的本研究利用网络数据探讨COVID-19期间人们对洗手、洗手液的关注度,并研究洗手液中的三氯生(TCS)对小球藻的急性毒性以及其对小球藻光合作用的影响机理。方法检索2019年1月至2022年10月期间“洗手”、“三氯生”,“七步洗手法”、“洗手液”等网络关键词,并比较COVID-19疫情前后上述指标的变化。根据96 h急性毒性试验结果,将小球藻分为对照组、IC_(10)组、IC_(30)组和IC_(50)组。比较各组小球藻在24 h、48 h和96 h光合效率、电子传递和能量耗散。结果COVID-19疫情爆发后,关键词“洗手”、“三氯生”,“七步洗手法”、“洗手液”等的搜索量增加,呈现出相似的变化趋势。TCS对小球藻的96 h急性毒性结果表明,IC_(10)、IC_(30)和IC_(50)的平均值分别为0.16 mg/L、0.34 mg/L,0.55 mg/L。TCS抑制IC_(10)、IC_(30)、IC_(50)组在48 h内电子传递过程,增加能量耗散(P<005)。48 h时,TCS抑制了小球藻的光合效率,但96 h后恢复。结论COVID-19疫情后,公众对“洗手”的兴趣可能提升手卫生习惯,增加洗手液消费。TCS对小球藻的急性毒性通过影响光吸收、电子传递和能量耗散来抑制其光合效率,但随暴露时间增加而减轻。 Objective To explore the acute toxicity of Triclosan(TCS),a common antibacterial component in hand sanitizers,on Chlorella and its effect on Chlorella photosynthesis by studying the public's attention to handwashing and hand sanitizers during the COVID-19 pandemic.Methods Online keyword indices such as"handwashing","Triclosan","seven-step handwashing method",and"hand sanitizer"were retrieved from 1/1/2019-10/30/2022with a comparison of these indicators before and after the COVID-19 outbreak.The Chlorella were into the the control,the IC_(10),the IC_(30),and the IC_(50)groups according the 96-hour acute toxicity test results.The photosynthetic efficiency,electron transfer,and energy dissipation of Chlorella in each group at 24 h,48 h,and 96 h were compared.Results After the outbreak of COVID-19,there was an increased search volume for keywords such as"handwashing","Triclosan","seven-step handwashing method",and"hand sanitizer",all showing a similar trend.The 96-hour acute toxicity results of TCS on Chlorella indicated that the average values of IC_(10),IC_(30),and IC_(50)were 0.16 mg/L,0.34 mg/L,and 0.55 mg/L,respectively.TCS inhibited the electron transfer process within 48 hours in the IC_(10),IC_(30),and IC_(50)groups,leading to increased energy dissipation(P<005).At 48 h,TCS inhibited the photosynthetic efficiency of Chlorella,but it gradually recovered at 96 h.Conclusion After the COVID-19 outbreak,increasing public interest in"handwashing"may promote hand hygiene habits and increase hand sanitizer consumption.TCS demonstrates acute toxicity to Chlorella by inhibiting its photosynthetic efficiency through the impact on light absorption,electron transfer,and energy dissipation,which lessens with the increased exposure time.
