摘要 目的 探究不同温度下白纹伊蚊的生存生长情况,为蚊虫防治及预测提供参考。方法 实验室内不同温度梯度条件对白纹伊蚊进行培育,观察记录生存及发育情况,采用Log-rank检验比较不同实验条件下的生存曲线。结果 在15~35℃下白纹伊蚊随着温度的升高,生存时间不断缩短。15℃时生存时间最长,可达85 d,其次为20、25和30℃。在35℃下其生存时间最短,蚊虫在22 d内全部死亡。Log-rank检验显示所有生存曲线差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。蚊虫生长的低温阈值为14.4℃,与14.7℃比较,生存天数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);蚊虫生长的高温阈值为34.4℃,与34.7℃比较,生存天数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在适宜的温度下,白纹伊蚊随着温度升高,生长周期缩短。 Objective To learn the survival and development of Aedes albopictus at different temperatures,so as to provide evidence for mosquito control and prediction.Methods Aedes albopictus was reared in the laboratory at different temperatures,the survival and development were observed and recorded.The Log-rank test was employed to compare the survival curves under different experimental conditions.Results The survival time of Aedes albopictus at 15-35℃showed a trend of decreasing with the increase of temperature.The survival time at 15℃was the longest,85 days,followed by the survival times at 20,25 and 30℃.The survival time at 35℃was the shortest,and all mosquitoes died within 22 days.Log-rank test showed statistically significant differences in all survival curves(P<0.01).The threshold of low temperature for mosquito growth was 14.4℃,and the survival days were statistically significant compared with 14.7℃(P<0.05).The threshold of high temperature for mosquito growth was 34.4℃,and the survival days were statistically significant compared with 34.7℃(P<0.05).Conclusion Ata suitable temperature,the growth cycle of Aedes albopictus decreases with increasing temperature.
