氯化铜与茚虫威复合物对黄胸散白蚁毒效传递研究

摘要 目的 测试氯化铜∶茚虫威为5∶1的复合物对黄胸散白蚁的毒效传递性。方法 通过药膜试验法分别研究不同染毒时间、不同浓度、不同供受比条件下对毒效传递的影响。结果 在供体染毒6 h,黄胸散白蚁供体与受体比为1∶1、3∶1、9∶1条件下,第17天时,4 g/L氯化铜·茚虫威(5∶1)复合物能致受体死亡率分别为22.0%、53.3%和93.3%;2 g/L复合物能致受体死亡率分别为19.3%、44.0%和60.0%;1 g/L复合物能致受体死亡率分别为10.7%、25.3%和50.0%。浓度为3 g/L染毒16 h的复合物比浓度为4 g/L时染毒6 h复合物毒效传递要强。结论 在测试条件下,毒效传递效果随供体占比而提高,随染毒时间而增加。 Objective To test the toxicity transmission of copper chloride and indoxacarb mixture(5:1).Methods The effects of different exposure time,concentration and donor-receptor ratio were studied with filter paper.Results When donor termites were exposed to copper chloride and indoxacarb mixture(5:1)for six hours,the mortalities of recipient termites were 22.0%,53.3%and 93.3%respectively for the donor-recipient ratios as 1:1,3:1 and 9:1 at the dose of 4 g/L on the 17th day,and were 19.3%,44.0%and 60.0%at the dose of 2 g/L,and 10.7%,25.3%and 50.0%at the dose of 1 g/L.The toxicity transmission was stronger at the dose of 3 g/L with 16 hours exposure than that at 4 g/L with 6 hours exposure.Conclusion Under the test conditions,the toxicity transmission effect goes high with the proportion of donors and the exposure time.
