摘要
考虑到很多实际应用的反应器具有非等容多釜串联的特征,提出了表征实际流动的非等容多釜串联模型,并应用脉冲输入的刺激相应方法推导出了模型的停留时间分布密度函数及其方差,以及停留时间分布函数.分析并给出了模型参数的确定方法.等容与非等容多釜串联模型的比较表明,对流动结构不明确的反应器,应分别用等容和非等容多釜串联模型拟合实验数据,选择拟合最优的模型表征反应器.
In view of the nonuniform tanks-in-series characteristics of some real reactors in process industries,the nonuniform tanks-in-series model was proposed to characterize the flow patterns in the reactor.The residence time distribution density function and its variance,as well as the residence time distribution function were derived with the pulse-input stimulusresponse procedure.The model parameters were analyzed and their determination approaches are provided.The comparison between uniform and nonuniform tanks-in-series models show that,for a real reactor of unknown flow structure,both models should be tried to fit the experimental measurement to find the best-fitting one to characterize the reactor.
