电积过程电功率分配对产品质量的影响研究及应用

摘要 针对生产运行情况,分析了锌电积过程电功率分配对产品质量的影响,采取减少整流设备输出功率损失、强化生产过程管理和操作的措施,使电流效率提高5%,锌片品级率提高了35.17%,铅、镉含量分别降低了0.0024%、0.001%,提升了电积生产指标。 It is analyzed the effect on product quality of electrical power distribution in electrodeposition process according to the production operation situation,then measures that reduction of output power loss of rectifier equipment,strengthening of production process management and operation were taken,the current efficiency is increased by 5%,the grade rate of zinc sheet is increased to 35.17%,lead and cadmium content is decreased by 0.0024%and 0.001%separately,the electrodeposition production indicators is increased.
