复吹转炉脱磷工艺研究及应用

摘要 针对复吹转炉吹炼及终点脱磷率低、出钢回磷等问题,采取生产条件保证、吹炼过程优化、弱脱氧合金化、钢包扒渣等措施,达到了转炉出钢终点磷含量≤0.005%、钢包磷含量≤0.006%的控制水平,取得了显著的实践效果。 For problems of blowing of combined blown converter,low end point dephosphorization rate,steel tapping and phosphorus returning and so on,the following measures were adopted,such as guarantee of production conditions,optimization of blowing process,alloying of weak deoxidation,slagging-off of steel ladle and so on,then the end point phosphorous content of steel tapping of combined blown converter can reach to≤0.005%,the phosphorus content of steel ladle can reach to≤0.006%,the remarkable practical results have been achieved.
