冶炼烟气消白技术研究及应用

摘要 比较了有色冶炼烟气消白处理工艺,提出并实施了冷凝降温除水及再热升温提高排放烟气不饱和度的技术路线。结果表明:当环境温度小于10℃、15℃和大于15℃,烟气分别降温至30℃、33℃、35℃以下,均再升温75℃以上,可达到烟气消白的目的。 Eliminating white smoke technologies of non-ferrous metal smelting off-gas were compared,and based on the results,it is proposed and conducted a technology that water removal by condensation cooling and heating up the temperature to increase the unsaturation of off-gas.Results show:when environment temperature is less than 10℃,15℃and more than 15℃,temperature of off-gas drops below 30℃,33℃,35℃separately,and then it shall be heated up again over 75℃,the aim of eliminating white smoke can be reached.
