延长铸模使用寿命方法研究及应用

摘要 针对铸模寿命短、单吨铝锭生产成本高的问题,分析了影响铸模使用寿命的因素,采用铸模时效处理、铸造工艺管控,消除铸模内部应力集中,增强铸模耐疲劳性能,减少铸模开裂或发生断裂引起的失效;通过优化铸模结构和加强日常维护等方法,减少铸模受到的摩擦磨损、冲击磨损,降低因铸模内腔受损造成的失效,铸模过铝量从原来的200 t提高到800 t,铸模断裂失效占比降低为零。 It is analyzed influencing factors for service life of casting mould according to problems that casting mould has short service life,high costs of unit aluminum ingot production,then the following measures were taken that aging treatment of casting mould,casting process control,elimination of stress concentration of the internal casting mould,strengthening of fatigue resistance of casting mould,decreasing of failure caused by cracks or fracture of casting mould;friction wear and impact wear damage to casting mould has been reduced,failures caused by internal damage of casting mould has been reduced too,So,the processing volume of aluminum by casting mould was increased from more than 200 t to more than 800 t,the failure percentage caused by casting mould fracture was decreased to zero.
