摘要
目的:构建护理硕士专业学位研究生临床带教师资规范化培训方案,为促进带教师资队伍建设、提升临床实践教学质量提供参考。方法:基于文献分析、半结构式访谈拟定培训方案初稿;采用德尔菲法对47名专家进行2轮专家函询,形成培训方案终稿。结果:2轮德尔菲专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%;专家权威系数为0.920,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.102和0.117(P<0.01)。最终得到包含4个维度、16个二级条目、42个三级条目的护理硕士专业学位研究生临床带教师资规范化培训方案。结论:构建的护理硕士专业学位研究生临床带教师资规范化培训方案具有合理性、科学性和可靠性,可为带教师资规范化培训提供指引。
Objective:To construct a standardized training program for clinical teaching of Master of Nursing Specialist(MNS)among clinical instructors.Methods:A draft of the training program was developed based on literature review and semi-structured interviews.Delphi method was used to conduct two-rounds expert consultations in 47 experts,and the final training program was finalized.Results:Response rates of the two-round consultations were both 100%.The authority coefficient was 0.920.The Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.102 and 0.117,respectively(P<0.01).The final training program included 4 first-level indexes,16 second-level indexes and 42 third-level indexes.Conclusion:The standardized training program for clinical teaching of MNS is scientific,reliable and operable,which can provide clinical instructors target guidance for standardized training.
