Research progress on risk prediction models of cognitive impairment in the elderly

老年人是认知障碍的高发人群,早期控制危险因素、合理利用保护因素可以有效预防或延缓认知功能的恶化。文章对老年认知障碍风险预测模型的研究进展进行综述,从模型的构建方法、基本情况和预测性能等方面对相关研究进行总结、分析和比较,以期为老年认知障碍风险预测模型的构建和应用提供借鉴。

The elderly are at risk of cognitive impairment,and early control of risk factors and rational use of protective factors can effectively prevent or delay the deterioration of cognitive function.This paper reviews the research progress on risk prediction models for cognitive impairment in the elderly,and summarizes,analyzes and compares related studies from the aspects of model construction methods,basic information and prediction performance,so as to provide reference for the construction and application of risk prediction models for cognitive impairment in the elderly.
