从湿论治银屑病探析 被引量:1

摘要 湿邪是中医病因学重要的致病因素,其特性与许多皮肤病的发生发展密切相关。从湿邪的致病特点、病因病机、辨治思路、燥湿互化理论等方面探析治疗银屑病的认识与体会,认为湿是导致银屑病的重要病因之一,但湿邪不独为患,常夹有热、毒、瘀等。银屑病常见湿邪为患的证型包括湿热证、湿毒证、湿热瘀结证、湿热潜证、脾虚湿热证等。临证中需要根据患者的具体情况,四诊合参,审证求因,确定湿、热、毒、瘀之主次关系,制定合理治法,并优化研制了消疕合剂,疗效满意。 Dampness is an important pathogenic factor in the etiology of traditional Chinese medicine,and its characteristics are closely related to the occurrence and development of many skin diseases.This paper analyzes the understanding and experience of the treatment of psoriasis from the aspects of pathogenic characteristics,etiology and pathogenesis,differentiation and treatment ideas,and the theory of mutual transfor-mation of dampness and dryness.It is believed that dampness is one of the important causes of psoriasis,but not the only cause,often combined with heat,toxin and blood stasis,etc.The common syndromes of psoriasis include dampness-heat syndrome,dampness-toxin syndrome,syndrome of dampness-heat mixed with stasis,latent syndrome of dampness-heat,syndrome of spleen-deficiency and dampness-heat,etc.In clinical diagnosis,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the four examinations according to the specific situation of the patient,determine the etiologic factors based on differentiation,determine the primary and secondary relationship among dampness,heat,toxin and stasis,formulate a reasonable treatment,and optimize and develop Xiaobi Mixture(消疕合剂),which has satisfactory curative effect.
