摘要
从病因病机、治则治法及制方用药三个方面探讨李东垣补中益气法辨治热中证特点,提出甘温除热为辨治热中证的治则,补中益气法是热中证基本治法,补中益气汤为该法代表方。阴火为热中证阳热标证的基本病机,具阳热邪气的基本特性,可耗气蒸血、上扰清阳、下扰下焦及郁灼局部而变生多种或然证。此外,李东垣制方用药遵从脏气法时升降浮沉补泻理论,是对药物理论认识的创新发展。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of differentiating and treating syndrome of heat in middle energizer with LI Dongyuan’s method of tonifying the middle and replenishing qi from the perspectives of etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic principles and methods,as well as prescription and medication.It puts forward the idea that relieving fever with sweet and warm medicinals is the therapeutic principle of differentiating and treating syndrome of heat in middle energizer,and the method of tonifying the middle and replenishing qi is the basic therapeutic method to treat syndrome of heat in middle energizer,with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤)as the representative formula of the method.Yin fire is the basic pathogenesis of superficiality syndrome of yang heat of syndrome of heat in middle energizer,and with basic feature of pathogenic yang heat.As a result,qi and blood are consumed,lucid yang and the lower energizer are disturbed and the local areas are scorched,leading to various possible syndromes.LI Dongyuan’s presc-riptions and medications followed the theory of association of the zang-qi with four seasons as well as the theory of ascending,descending,sinking and floating of medicinal action to reinforce and reduce,which is an innovative development in understanding medicinal theory.
