浅谈民爆现场混装工艺技术的智能化生产及安全管理

Discussion on Intelligent Production and Safety Management of Mixed Explosives on Site

利用机器人自动化技术和智能化技术手段,对目前现场混装爆破的整个生产管理系统进行综合优化,有利于提高智能化生产技术,减少参与操作的工作人员数量,避免出现人员伤亡,从而提高生产环节的安全性。基于硬件保障和软件保障两方面,论述现场混装爆破的智能化生产,提出安全管理策略,以期能够为相关工作者提供借鉴与帮助。

The use of robot automation technology and intelligent technology,the overall production process management system of mixed explosives,which is conducive to improve the degree of production intelligence,reduce the number of staff involved in the operation,avoid the risk of explosion,so as to improve the safety of the production link.In this regard,this paper discusses the intelligent production of on-site mixed-loading explosives based on the two aspects of hardware guarantee and software guarantee,and puts forward the safety management strategy,in order to provide reference and help for related workers.
