基于新能源高占比电力市场的中长期与现货市场衔接机制研究

摘要 “双碳”背景下,全国新能源装机容量快速增长,预计到2030年,我国非石化能源可占一次能源消耗的25%左右,风电、太阳能总装机容量将达到1200 GW以上。电力市场建设需要结合电网发展实际,寻找高比例新能源背景下的市场模式。以甘肃省为例,针对市场中长期交易与现货市场存在的问题进行深度分析,形成有效的衔接机制,并落实补偿机制和偏差损益回收策略,保证市场的稳定运行。 Under the background of"dual carbon",the national new energy installation is growing rapidly.Until 2030,China's non petrochemical energy can account for about 25%of Primary energy consumption,and the total installed capacity of wind power and solar energy will reach more than 1200 GW,which makes the consumption problem more prominent.The construction of the electricity market also needs to be combined with the actual development of the power grid,in order to find a market model under the background of high proportion of new energy.Taking Gansu Province as an example,this paper conducts in-depth analysis on the problems existing in the medium and long-term market transactions and the Spot market,forms an effective linkage mechanism according to the actual problems,and implements compensation and mechanism and deviation profit and loss recovery strategies to ensure the stable operation of the market.
