Research on the Application of work and Learning Integration

工学一体化,指学习过程与社会合作活动过程一体化,掌握知识与动手实践过程一体化,是二者相结合的一个新型培养模式。它是由我国的人力资源部门和社会保障行政部门,根据各有关专业学生的工作能力和综合服务岗位能力,而制定的教学改革方法。基于此,就工学融合课程中出现的问题和处理措施做出简单的研究阐述。

The integration of work and learning refers to the integration of learning process and social cooperation activities,and the integration of mastering knowledge and hands-on practice,which is a new training mode combining the two.It is a teaching reform method formulated by the human resources department and the social security administration department,according to the students'working ability and comprehensive service post ability rising step by step.This chapter has made a simple research on the problems and measures in the integration of work with study.
