摘要 文中提出了一种适用于K波段的低剖面宽带宽角低副瓣圆极化稀疏相控阵天线,该天线单元的辐射部分由带有寄生环形辐射器的圆形贴片和L形贴片组成。为了与四通道T/R组件集成设计,设计了跨层连接微带传输线,并引入单元旋转技术大幅拓宽了天线的轴比带宽。此外,在考虑T/R组件引入的阵元布局制约下,设计了多约束子阵级优化布阵算法,仅通过子阵位置的优化,设计了400单元规模的宽带宽角低副瓣稀疏阵。仿真结果表明,该稀疏阵在44.6%的稀疏率下的法向增益为30.46 dB,波束宽度小于4.5°,扫描±55°内副瓣电平低于-13.13 dB,适用于K波段卫星通信相控阵天线。 This study presents a low profile wide band wide angle low sidelobe circular-polarized sparse phased array antenna for K band.The radiation part of the antenna unit consists of a circular patch with parasitic ring radiator and an L-shaped patch.Due to the feed port limitations of the T/R assembly,the antenna is miniaturized through the underlying microstrip cable connection metal through-hole,making the antenna easy to integrate with the internal T/R assembly.At the same time,the sequential rotation technique is applied in the antenna array to expand the axial ratio bandwidth.In addition,considering the constraints of the element layout introduced by T/R assembly,a multi-constrained subarray level optimization algorithm is designed.Only through the optimization of the subarray position,a 400-cell wide band,wide angle and low sidelobe sparse array is designed.Simulation results show that the sparse array achieves normal gain of 30.46 dB,beam width of less than 4.5°and sidelobes level of less than-13.13 dB within 0x0E䥺SymbolqB@0x0F55°under the sparse ratio of 44.6%,which is suitable for K-band satellite communication phased array antenna.
