摘要
为保证既有建筑结构加固工程的施工质量和整体性能,提出从质量检测方面控制加固维修工程施工质量的程序和方法,主要分为进场材料见证取样复试、施工过程的现场试验检测、施工完成后的建筑整体性能评估3个步骤。以湿陷性黄土场地既有建筑加固与纠偏工程为例,对以上“三步走”的程序和方法进行实践,该方法和程序能有效指导施工质量的检测与整体性能鉴定或评估。
To ensure the construction quality and overall performance of the existing building structure reinforcement project,the procedures and methods for controlling the construction quality of the reinforcement and maintenance project from the aspect of quality inspection are proposed,which are mainly composed of three steps:witness sampling and re-examination of the incoming materials,on-site test and inspection during the construction process,and overall performance evaluation of the building after the construction is completed.Taking the reinforcement and rectification project of an existing building on a wet-collapsible loess site as an example,the abovementioned“three-step”procedures and methods were practiced,and were found to be effective guidance for construction quality inspection and overall performance appraisal or evaluation.
