摘要
重庆市城建档案馆新馆库建设项目塔楼采用饰面清水混凝土型钢筒柱结构。为优化清水混凝土施工工艺,对大面积厚壁饰面清水混凝土型钢筒柱木模板施工技术进行了总结。利用BIM技术对清水混凝土模板进行正向深化设计,创新设计出一种高度可调的清水混凝土大模板底托装置和一种饰面清水墙体外脚手架拉结装置,取得了良好的施工效果。
The tower building of the new library construction project of Chongqing Urban Construction Archives adopts the structure of a decorative fair-faced concrete steel cylinder column.To optimize the construction technology for fair-faced concrete,a series of construction technologies for large-area thick-wall fair-faced concrete steel cylinder column wood formwork are summarized.BIM technology was used for forward and detailed charting of the fair-faced formwork,and a height-adjustable bottom supporting device of the fair-faced concrete large formwork and a tie device of the exterior scaffolding of the fair-faced wall were innovatively designed,which has achieved good construction results.
