索道式平移挂篮在大跨度场馆高空作业中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 大跨度场馆室内顶棚安拆工程需进行高空作业,但常规高空作业方式如搭设满堂操作架体等普遍存在占地面积大、安拆工期长、存在作业盲区等缺点。以厦门新体育中心项目为例,设计了一种适用于场馆内高空作业的索道式平移挂篮系统。通过在空中沿跨度方向拉设2条钢丝绳作为挂篮的移动轨道,作业人员可通过手摇式自锁绞盘使挂篮沿钢丝绳拉设方向进行横向移动,从而达到上部施工部位全覆盖。应用结果表明,索道式平移挂篮技术不仅提供了一种全新的大跨度场馆高空作业方式,还具有施工难度低、施工进度快、安全性高的优点。 The installation and dismantling project of indoor ceiling of large-span venues requires high-altitude operation.However,the conventional high-altitude operation methods,such as the erection of full-room operation racks,generally have the disadvantages of large space occupied,long installation and dismantling period,and blind operation areas left.Taking the project of Xiamen New Sports Center as an example,a cableway type translation hanging basket system suitable for high-altitude operation in venues is designed.By pulling two steel wire ropes along the span direction in the air as the moving track of the hanging basket,the operator manually drives the hanging basket to move horizontally along the direction of the steel wire rope,thereby achieving the full coverage of the upper construction area.The application shows that the cableway translation hanging basket technology not only provides a new high-altitude operation method for large-span venues,but also has the advantages of low construction difficulty,fast construction progress,and high safety.
