超高层建筑非标层铝木结合模板体系施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 随着建筑行业的快速发展,铝模板使用范围越来越广,铝模板具有较好的成型质量和较高的周转次数,早拆体系可以加快施工进度、降低工人劳动强度、提升现场安全文明施工质量,27层以上建筑更适合用铝模板施工,但超高层建筑设计图纸大部分底层、避难层和屋面层都与标准层不一致,标准层深化设计的定型铝模板在非标准层无法正常周转使用,需要木模进行配模施工。非标层结构设计部位存在节点变化大、施工工期长等问题。采用Revit软件辅助建模进行节点深化设计,对非标准层铝模板和木模板如何科学搭配使用进行技术研究,总结了一套非标层铝木结合模板体系施工技术。 With the rapid development of the construction industry,the use of aluminum formwork is becoming more and more extensive.Aluminum formwork has good molding quality and comparatively high turnover times.Early removing systems can speed up construction progress,reduce the labor intensity of workers,and improve the quality of safe and civilized construction on site.Although buildings above 27 floors are more suitable for aluminum formwork construction,most of the design drawings of the bottom floors,shelter floors,and roof floors of the super high-rise buildings are inconsistent with those of the standard floors.The deepening design of the shaped aluminum formwork of the standard floor cannot be used normally in the non-standard floors;hence,the wooden formwork is needed for formwork matching construction.There are some problems in the design of non-standard layer structures,such as large node changes and a long construction period,which need to be studied.The Revit software is used to assist the modeling for the in-depth design of nodes.The technical research on how to scientifically use aluminum formwork and wood formwork in non-standard layers is carried out,and a set of construction technology of combining aluminum and wood formworks in non-standard layers are summarized.
