西安地铁10号线某钢管桩围堰施工与设计优化分析 被引量:1

摘要 以西安地铁10号线工程为依托,采用有限元分析法,研究了桩长、圈梁、支撑位置和渗水条件对支护结构内力及整体稳定性的影响。研究表明,随着嵌固深度的增加,围堰整体稳定性系数相差不大,但对抗倾覆、隆起、流土和管涌的稳定性有较大提升;随着第4道圈梁位置的上移,围堰整体稳定性及抗倾覆安全系数减弱,最大弯矩值增大,但对围堰整体稳定性影响较弱;围堰发生渗水后的整体稳定性降低,支护结构内力出现衰减,围堰内积水影响正常施工,应尽量避免。 Based on the project of Xi’an Metro Line 10,the influence of pile length,ring beam,support position and seepage condition on the internal force and overall stability of supporting structure is studied by finite element analysis.The research shows that with the increase of the embedded depth,the overall stability coefficient of the cofferdam is not much different,but the stability against overturning,uplift,flowing soil and piping is greatly improved.As the position of the fourth ring beam moves up,the overall stability and anti-overturning safety factor of the cofferdam decrease,and the maximum bending moment increases,but the influence on the overall stability of the cofferdam is weak.The overall stability of the cofferdam after seepage is reduced,the internal force of the supporting structure is attenuated,and the water accumulation in the cofferdam affects the normal construction,which should be avoided as far as possible.
