摘要
随着公共建筑的规模日益扩大、平均能源消耗强度增长,总能耗在我国建筑能耗中的占比加大,提升建筑能效,建筑领域节能减碳是实现碳达峰、碳中和的重要措施。高层公共建筑容积率大、能耗大、减碳空间大,规划设计阶段通过计算机模拟使日照、自然采光和自然通风达到最优状态;采用可循环再利用建筑材料、建筑预制装配式钢结构、外墙自保温技术体系及喷灌方式节水灌溉;进行建筑碳排放计算分析,并采取措施降低单位建筑面积碳排放量。通过创新施工组织策划、建设理念和管理程序来实现施工建造阶段的节能减碳,并以怡山商业中心项目为例进行公共建筑节能减碳技术措施分析。
With the enlarged scale of public buildings and the growth of average energy consumption intensity,the proportion of total energy consumption in China’s building energy consumption has increased.Therefore,it is a critical measure to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization by improving building energy efficiency and energy conservation and carbon reduction in the building field.High-rise public buildings have large floor area ratio,large energy consumption and large carbon reduction space.In the planning and design stage,sunshine,natural lighting and natural ventilation are optimized by computer simulation.Recyclable building materials,prefabricated steel structures,external wall self-insulation technology system and sprinkler irrigation water-saving irrigation are used.The calculation and analysis of building carbon emissions are carried out,and measures are taken to reduce the carbon emission intensity per unit building area.Through innovative construction organization planning,construction concept and management procedures to achieve energy saving and carbon reduction in the construction stage,and taking Yishan Commercial Center project as an example to analyze the technical measures of energy saving and carbon reduction in public buildings.
