摘要
研究内蒙古包头市固阳县不同生长年限黄芪根际土壤微生物群落结构变化,为进一步探索黄芪生长发育与根际微生物的关系及挖掘黄芪根际微生物功能提供理论基础。采集固阳县二年生、三年生黄芪根际土壤,利用高通量测序技术对两个不同生长年限的黄芪根际土壤细菌16S rRNA和真菌ITS序列进行测序分析。研究发现:不同生长年限黄芪根际土壤中主要优势细菌均为放线菌门、变形菌门;优势真菌为子囊菌门、被孢霉门、担子菌门。放线菌门、变形菌门、子囊菌门与担子菌门丰度随着黄芪生长年限增加均发生增大;不同生长年限黄芪根际土壤的主要优势细菌属均为节杆菌属、芽生球菌属、未命名属、微枝形杆菌属与类诺卡氏属,二年生黄芪根际土壤优势真菌属包括赤霉属、刺孢属、被孢霉属、毛壳霉属,三年生优势真菌属包括刺孢属、新刺毛茎点霉属、链格孢属、赤霉属;刺孢属丰度随黄芪生长年份的增加而增加,赤霉属变化却相反。
The study of microbial community structure changes in the rhizosphere soil of Astragalus membranaceus in Guyang County,Baotou City,Inner Mongolia,during different growth years provided a theoretical basis for further exploring the relationship between the growth and development of Astragalus membranaceus and rhizosphere microorganisms,as well as exploring the function of Astragalus membranaceus rhizosphere microorganisms.Collecting the rhizosphere soil of 2-year-old and 3-year-old Astragalus membranaceus in Guyang County,using high throughput sequencing technology,the 16S rRNA sequences of bacteria and ITS sequences of fungi in the rhizosphere soil of two different growth years of Astragalus membranaceus are sequenced and analyzed.The research findings are as follows:The main dominant bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of Astragalus membranaceus with different growth years are Actinobacteria and Proteobacteria;the dominant fungi are Ascomycota,Mortierellomycota,Basidiomycota.The abundance of Actinobacteria,Proteobacteria,Ascomycota and Basidiomycota increased with the increase of Astragalus growth years.The main dominant bacterial genera in the rhizosphere soil of Astragalus membranaceus with different growth years are Arthrobacter,Blastococus,norank_f_JG30-KF-CM45,Microvirga,and Nocardioides.The dominant genera of fungi in the rhizosphere soil of 2-year-old Astragalus membranaceus include Gibberella,Phaeomycocentrospora,Mortierella,and Chaetomium.The dominant genera of fungi in the rhizosphere soil of 3-year-old Astragalus membranaceus include Phaeomycocentrospora,Neosetopsoma,Alternaria,and Gibberella.The abundance of Phaeomycocentrospora increased with the growth year of Astragalus membranaceus,while the variation of Gibberella was opposite.
