复合凝胶吸附剂的制备及对Ni^(2+)、亚甲基蓝的吸附研究

摘要 以丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,接枝壳聚糖、高岭土、聚乙二醇制备复合凝胶吸附剂,对其官能团结构及形貌进行表征。以Ni^(2+)和亚甲基蓝(MB)为吸附对象,探讨了污染物初始浓度、凝胶投入量对凝胶吸附性能的影响,并对吸附动力学进行研究。结果表明:复合凝胶是表面多孔的吸附材料,对Ni^(2+)/MB的吸附过程均符合准二级动力学模型,属于化学吸附;在温度为298 K,Ni^(2+)/MB溶液的初始浓度均为100 mg/L,凝胶投入量为0.1 g时,凝胶吸附剂对Ni^(2+)和MB的吸附量分别达到96.20 mg/g和86.75 mg/g,能有效去除水体中的Ni^(2+)和MB。 The composite hydrogel is prepared by using acrylic acid(AA) and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS) as raw materials,grafting chitosan,kaolin and polyethylene glycol.Using Ni~(2+) and methylene blue(MB) as adsorbate,the kinetics of the adsorption process by composite gel adsorbents are investigated.The effects of hydrogel dosages,initial solution concentration of Ni~(2+) and MB on the adsorption performance of adsorbents are investigated.The results show that the composite gel is a porous adsorption material on the surface.Adsorption kinetics studies indicate the adsorption of Ni~(2+) and MB by the composite gel are all well fitted with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.Under the conditions of temperature of 298 K,gel dosage of 0.10 g,and initial mass concentration of 100 mg/L,the maximum capacity for Ni~(2+) and MB reach 96.20 mg/g and 86.75 mg/g,which can effectively remove Ni~(2+) and MB from water body.
