摘要
以黄曲霉毒素B_(1)固体粉末为原料,采用重量-容量法准确配制乙腈中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)溶液标准物质。采用高效液相色谱串联高分辨质谱法和紫外-可见分光光度法对主要成分进行定性确证,然后开展乙腈中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)溶液标准物质均匀性检验和稳定性考察,采用多家实验室联合定值,并对结果进行不确定评估。结果表明,该标准物质的特性值为(4.99±0.13)μg/mL(k=2),均匀性和稳定性良好。在-18℃条件下,稳定性可延长至24个月,符合有证标准物质技术规范要求。采用溯源比对的方式定值,过程简单、量值准确,不确定评估合理,适合溶液标准物质的研制。
Using aflatoxin B_(1) solid powder as the raw material,the weight volume method is used to accurately prepare the standard substance for aflatoxin B_(1) solution in acetonitrile.Qualitative confirmation of the main components is carried out using high performance liquid chromatography tandem high resolution mass spectrometry and ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy.Then,the homogeneity test and stability inspection of aflatoxin B_(1) solution reference material in acetonitrile are carried out,and several laboratories are used to jointly determine the value,and the results are evaluated for uncertainty.The results show that the certified value of this standard substance is(4.99±0.13)μg/mL(k=2),with good uniformity and stability.At -18 ℃,the stability can be extended to 24 months,meeting the requirements of certified reference material technical specifications.The method of traceability comparison is used to determine the value,which is simple in process,accurate in quantity,reasonable in uncertainty evaluation,and suitable for the development of solution reference materials.
