虎杖提取物对急性痛风性关节炎大鼠的关节功能障碍指数及炎症指数的影响

Effect of Reynoutria japonica Extract on Joint Dysfunction Index and Inflammation Index in Rats with Acute Gouty Arthritis

目的:探究虎杖提取物对急性痛风性关节炎大鼠的关节功能障碍指数及炎症指数的影响。方法:将18只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组(NC)、急性痛风性关节炎组(AGA)及虎杖干预组(PC)。建立改良后的急性痛风性关节炎大鼠的模型,观察大鼠一般情况、关节功能障碍指数、炎症指数及肿胀指数。结果:虎杖干预组能改善急性痛风性关节炎大鼠踝关节肿胀程度,改善关节功能障碍,使其恢复部分行动能力,缓解因为疼痛原因产生的攻击性和焦虑情绪。结论:虎杖提取物能改善大鼠关节功能障碍,下调炎症指数。

Objective:To study the effect of Reynoutria japonica extract on the joint dysfunction index and inflammation index in rats with acute gouty arthritis.Methods:Eighteen male Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats are randomly divided into normal control group(NC),acute gouty arthritis group(AGA) and Reynoutria japonica intervention group(PC).A modified rat model of acute gouty arthritis is established to observe the general conditions,joint dysfunction index,inflammation index and swelling index of the rats.Results:The Reynoutria japonica intervention group can improve the degree of ankle swelling in rats with acute gouty arthritis,improve joint dysfunction,restore some mobility,and alleviate aggressive and anxious emotions caused by pain.Conclusion:Reynoutria japonica extract can improve joint dysfunction and reduce inflammation index in rats.
