摘要
为了研究规模化繁育捕食性天敌昆虫益蝽的产卵及孵化,通过常规杯子法与集群混养法试验对比其产卵量和孵化量。结果表明,常规杯子法与集群混养法的产卵量和孵化量无明显差异,集群混养法的60♂60♀群组最接近杯子法的1♂1♀群组。因此,采用自然集群混养法代替“一夫一妻”制的常规杯子法是可行的,综合益蝽大规模繁育的人力、物力等成本因素,采用自然集群混养法更利于益蝽的扩繁。
To research the oviposition and hatching of predatory natural enemy insects Picromerus lewisi Scotts of large-scale propagation.In this paper,the number of eggs laid and hatched are compared experiments through the natural cluster polyculture method and the conventional cup method of “monogamy”.The results show that there is no significant difference in the number of eggs laid and hatched between the natural cluster polyculture method and the conventional cup method of “monogamy”,the 60♂60♀ groups of the cluster polyculture method are closest to the 1♂1♀ group of the cup method of “monogamy”.Therefore,it is feasible to replace the conventional cup method of “monogamy” with the natural cluster polyculture method.Considering the cost factors such as manpower and material resources for Picromerus lewisi Scotts of large-scale propagation,the natural cluster polyculture method is more conducive to the conventional cup method of “monogamy”.
