摘要
骨骼的形成是一个十分复杂的过程,现代研究发现骨组织形成过程分为膜内成骨和软骨内成骨两类。两种形式都与间充质干细胞的增殖分化密不可分,并且每一种信号分子及相关通路对于间充质干细胞的调控都至关重要。本文对间充质干细胞及其在分化过程中涉及的信号通路进行概述,同时介绍了间充质干细胞在骨修复中的研究情况。
The formation of bones is a very complex process,and modern research has found that the process of bone tissue formation can be divided into two types:intramembrane osteogenesis and endochondral osteogenesis.Both forms are closely related to the proliferation and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells,and each signaling molecule and related pathway are crucial for the regulation of mesenchymal stem cells.This article provides an overview of mesenchymal stem cells and the signaling pathways involved in their differentiation process,and also introduces the research status of mesenchymal stem cells in bone repair.
