摘要
针对变速工况下航空用圆柱滚子轴承保持架打滑率分析中轴承自身结构参数所导致误差的问题,通过理论分析提出将保持架与内圈实际转速之比作为保持架打滑率评价指标,并引入弱磁探测方法拾取航空轴承运行中内圈及保持架转速信息,通过短时傅里叶变换获取内圈及保持架转速的时频分布,基于区间极值方法提取时频平面局部能量极大值的频率信息,从而获取保持架随时间变化的打滑特性。
Aimed at the errors caused by structural parameters of bearings in analysis of cage slip rate of cylindrical roller bearings for aviation under variable rotational speed,through theoretical analysis,the ratio of actual rotational speed of cages to inner rings is proposed as evaluation index of cage slip rate.The weak magnetic detection method is introduced to pick up the rotational speed information of inner rings and cages during operation of aviation bearings,and the time-frequency distribution of rotational speed of inner rings and cages is obtained through short-time Fourier transform.The frequency information of local energy maximum of time-frequency plane is extracted based on interval extreme method,so as to obtain the slip characteristics of cages over time.
