众所周知目前食材供应链扮演的角色愈加重要,对传统农业板块带来了变革,并引起了全球贸易的广泛关注。新冠肺炎疫情冲击阻碍了食材流通,同时也给供应链管理带来了新的机遇和挑战。文章在解析全球食材贸易格局变革的基础上,描述了全球食材行业发展现状,提出食材供应链发展的新需求与新挑战。主要体现在四个方面:食材贸易格局变化、国外食材供应链发展演化及借鉴、国内食材供应链发展、全球食材产业链协同,并围绕四个方面进行了深度解析,以期为学术界与产业界提供新的研究内容和方向。

It is well known that the food ingredients supply chain is currently playing a pivotal role.This transformation is significantly impacting the traditional agricultural sector and has garnered widespread attention in global trade.The pandemic has indeed disrupted the flow of food ingredients,but it has also presented new opportunities and challenges.This article conducts an analysis of the global food ingredients trade revolution.It describes the current state of global food industry development and identifies new demands and challenges for the development of the food ingredients supply chain.To contribute new insights and research directions for both academic and industrial sectors,this article conducts an in-depth analysis in four key areas:changes in food ingredients trade patterns,the evolution of foreign food ingredients supply chain development and its implications,domestic food ingredients supply chain development,and global collaboration within the food ingredients industry chain.
