渔丝在纬编鞋材面料中的应用及其性能研究

Research on the application and performance of mono-fiberin weft-knitted footwear materials

基于渔丝的光亮、透明特征,开发透气性更好、视觉诱导效果更优的鞋材面料。介绍了渔丝应用于鞋材面料时的织造工艺与染整工艺,并测试其各项鞋用面料的性能。结果显示,采用渔丝制备的鞋材面料的各项性能指标都符合鞋面检测标准。

The footwear fabrics with better breathability and better visual induction effect were developed,based on the shiny and transparent characteristics of mono-fiber.The knitting process and dyeing process were introduced when mono-fiber was applied to footwear fabrics.Various properties of the footwear fabric were tested.The results show that all the performance indexes of the footwear fabrics prepared with mono-fiber meet the testing standards of footwear fabrics.
